Our services relating to grant management:

• We will help in obtaining, monitoring and administering FEMA's Public Assistance program.

• Assist in identifying damages (to include electronic photographs and site mapping of damaged areas).

• Attending and scheduling meetings with State and FEMA employees which include applicants’ briefing, kickoff meeting, exit meeting, and closeout meetings.

• Completing grant applications to include hazard mitigation proposals, quarterly reports, and advances when applicable for small and large projects or work with State or FEMA employees in completing the grant applications.

• Assessing damages, collecting cost data, and developing cost estimates. Working with the State during project monitoring, final inspection, and closeout or the grant, and audits.
